Switzerland, Zermatt 2020 – Hope for the world
Projection took place during COVID-19 lockdown in March and April 2020 for the world as a sign of hope.
Gerry Hofstetter was living with three people of his team during five weeks on the bottom of the Matterhorn, which is near Zermatt. Every day he projected onto the Matterhorn a national flag of a country which was heavy affected by COVID-19. During the 5 weeks a total of 39 countries appeared onto the Matterhorn,
The pictures of this solidarity campaign reached more than 4 billion people around the globe through media and social media.
